We just bought our Delmar Sauna from Montreal Saunas and we love it! It is sturdy, no creeking, and reaches a high temperature of 65 degress in little time. We put it together in 30 minutes, it is high quality contruction and we are very happy. I have used it every day so far.

I was pleasantly surprised by the service offered by Montreal Sauna. I called early the day after installing the unit (Del Mar) and did not leave a message . But Denis returned my call before 10:00 am the same day. We resolved my problem via telephone later the same evening ( A connection that I had not done properly)
It is nice to purchase an item from someone who practises real customer service.Both my wife and I enjoy the sauna, it gives us the opportunity to both relax toghether and its provides a good quiet atmosphere to discuss and communicate between both of us

We just bought a Hollywood Sauna inn January 2011. We have falling in love with it. It works real wondersfor the physical health. I had so much pain in my knees ,my neck and such terrible headhaches that I could not sleep at night time. With the use of the Sauna I have cleared all my heaches and pains , and lost weight ,15 lbs. This sauna is incredible. I am now able to walk 2-3 km daily. At the arrival of the sauna with had a little problem, we called Mr. bernier. He came over the same night and fixed our problem. Such great and impeccible service. Mr. Bernier is truly a man of is word.

It has been 1 week since we received delivery of our Hollywood sauna.
Your delivery men were very professional, friendly and helpful. Linda
and I put together the sauna in a little more than 1 hour and are
thoroughly enjoying its benefits.

Thanks, Denis. Delivery was right on time. Set-up was a breeze. Now the only problem is that I can’t get out of the sauna. I’ve had it a week and it’s working beautifully. I did have a couple of questions and Denis answered them quickly.

After extensive research we decided to order with Montreal Sauna and chose the Malibu model. Denis was quick to answer all our questions and we felt comfortable ordering on-line with his company. Delivery was quick and the sauna was easy to install. It took 2 of us just about 1/2 hour once we had moved all the pieces from the shipping cartons to the installation location.
Once we figured out how all the controls worked, the sauna operates exactly as it should. We’ve used it nearly every day for a month now and are happy to report that it helps with all the health issues we chose it for. It helps with aching joints, we sleep better and it even has nearly eliminated instances of hot flashes that were troubling me. It is a great reducer of stress as well.
Helpful hint: We set the temperature 5 degrees F above what we want & the sauna cycles to that temperature (say 130F), cools down 5 degrees (to 125F) and then cycles back up again until the session is over.
I was worried about scent since the sauna would be installed in our bedroom. We thought perhaps the cedar, though beautiful, would be too strong so we chose the hemlock model. The hemlock has a wonderful but almost unnoticeable scent. We only notice it after a session when we re-enter the room after a shower. It adds another dimension to the calming experience and disappears once cool-down is complete. Very nice.
The chromo-therapy comes standard on all these saunas and, yes, the color of the lights can be chosen or turned off. A very nice touch that was available only on more expensive models from other suppliers. There is also a much appreciated reading light.
We are very glad we chose Montreal Sauna and a very happy with both the sauna itself & customer service.
